ALL SVI WARRANTIES ARE NON-PRORATED.

Before any warranty work begins, please fill out the Warranty Request form. If you have any questions, please contact our Warranty Administrator or call 888-784-1112 with your vehicles VIN or SVI Truck number.

Do not begin work on apparatus until confirmation has been received.
Estimate work needed to be done. Be prepared to provide photos and information regarding defective product.
Send in written request for warranty authorization based on estimate.
Receive Warranty Authorization Number direct from SVI.
Complete work authorized and submit invoice using Warranty Authorization Number.
