Waldens Ridge Emergency Services (TN) Light Rescue #1258
When spec’ing its new Light Rescue, Waldens Ridge Emergency Services chose a 12′ aluminum SVI body mounted on a Ford F-550 chassis, which houses a 6.8. Power Stroke V8 turbo engine. This Light Rescue comes with a custom SVI extreme-contoured steel bumper, 10″ rear step bumper, dual transverse cargo slides and a Warn Zeon portable winch. The apparatus will be primarily used for urban responses, while its twin will cover rural calls from the Appalachian mountains.
