When spec’ing its new heavy rescue, View Royal, BC Fire-Rescue chose an 18′ aluminum SVI body mounted on a 24″ raised roof Spartan Metro Star chassis, which houses a powerful 450HP Cummins L9 engine. This walk-in apparatus comes with a Command Light H7 Traffic Flow Board, Command Light Knight Series light tower, Onan Protec PTO generator system, Girard G-2000 automatic roll-out awning, OnScene Solutions heavy-duty cargo slides and much more.
