This new Medium Rescue truck built custom for Elkins Fire Department is built rock solid on a International 7600 2wd chassis and features a Navistar N13 475 HP engine and an Allison EVS 4000 Transmission. This truck is filled with customized storage built specifically to Elkins Fire Department’s needs. The front bumper houses a Warn winch along with a dry floor hopper in the rear curbside compartment. The crew seating is fit with SCBA seats to allow an SCBA unit to be worn while seated.
