When spec’ing its new Light Rescue, DeWitt Fire District chose a 12′ SVI aluminum body mounted on a Ford F-550 chassis, which houses a PFI 430HP 7.2L V-8 engine. This apparatus is equipped with a Command Light Shadow Series light tower with four Whelen Pioneer Plus fixtures for 81,044 lumens, along with Warn 16.5 TI-S 12-volt electric winch, Zico 1000 Series KD-UH SCBA air pack brackets and much more.
