When spec’ing its new rescue pumper, the Boulder, CO Fire Department chose a 12′ aluminum SVI-body mounted on a 10″ raised roof Spartan Gladiator chassis, which houses a powerful 450HP Cummins L9 engine. This rescue pumper comes with a TFT Hurricane 1,250-GPM deck gun with wireless remote, 500-gal. poly water tank, single-stage centrifugal Class “A” fire pump, OnScene aluminum drop-down cargo slides and much more.
